How Elevanta protects your firm's data
Your clients trust you with the most sensitive facts of their lives. When your firm runs on Elevanta, that trust extends to us. This page explains how we protect your data, in plain language.
Your firm's data is isolated
Elevanta is multi-tenant software, which means many firms run on the same platform. Every firm's data is kept separate. No other firm can see your clients, your cases, or your conversations.
This separation is enforced with row-level security at the database level. The database itself refuses to hand one firm's records to another. It is not a setting somebody could forget to turn on.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Everything that moves between your browser and Elevanta travels over an encrypted connection. Everything stored on our servers is encrypted at rest. That covers cases, documents, messages, and call recordings.
Your data is yours
We never sell client information and we never share it with third parties. Your data exists for one purpose: running your firm on the platform.
